Support coordination you can count on.
The NDIS is a lot. You don’t have to sort it out on your own. DNG Supports is an NDIS Registered, independent Sydney-based support coordination team. We help you understand your plan, find providers who actually fit, and keep everything moving, so your funding turns into real support in your life.

What does a support coordinator actually do?
Your NDIS plan gives you funding. A support coordinator helps you use it. We find services, set them up, sort out problems when they come up, and make sure your supports keep matching your life. You stay in charge. We do the legwork.
Support Coordination (Level 2)
The most common kind. We help you understand your plan, connect with providers, and build your confidence to manage supports over time. If your plan says “Coordination of Supports”, this is it.
Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
For more complex situations, like housing crises, hospital discharge or supports that keep breaking down. A more intensive service, delivered by an experienced coordinator.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
For people whose disability relates to mental health. A recovery coach works alongside you to build skills, confidence and independence. If your plan says “Psychosocial Recovery Coach”, we do that too.
Six things off your plate
Understand your plan
We go through your plan with you in plain English. What’s funded, what’s not, and what to do first.
Find the right providers
We shortlist providers who fit you, not just whoever has space. You always choose.
Set up services
Service agreements, bookings and paperwork, handled. Supports start sooner.
Make your funding last
We keep an eye on your budgets so there are no surprises at review time.
Fix problems
Provider not showing up? Invoices going sideways? Tell us once and we chase it.
Get ready for reviews
When plan reassessment comes around, we help gather the evidence so nothing is missed.
From referral to real support
Say hello
Send a referral or email us. We check your funding and answer your questions. No cost, no obligation.
First meeting
At home, somewhere local, or by video. We learn what matters to you, not just what’s in the plan.
We send you a simple service agreement that explains what we do and how your plan covers it. Once it’s signed, we’re officially on your team.
Get connected
We find options, you choose, we set them up. Supports that actually start.
Stay on track
Regular check-ins, budget checks, and a straight answer when things change.
Who pays for support coordination?
Your NDIS plan does. Support coordination is funded under Capacity Building, which is its own budget. It does not come out of your pocket and it does not reduce your other supports. If it’s in your plan, it’s there to be used.
Not sure whether you have it? Send us your plan and we’ll tell you, no charge.
You’ll know your coordinator by name
No call centres and no ticket numbers. You work with one coordinator who knows your story.

Questions we get a lot
What if support coordination isn't in my plan?
You can ask for it at your next plan meeting or reassessment. Talk to your LAC or planner, and if you'd like, we can help you word the request. It's funded when the NDIA agrees it would help you use your plan well.
Do you cover my area?
We work throughout Sydney, face-to-face or by phone and video. Outside Sydney? Get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
Can I switch to you from another support coordinator?
Yes. You can change support coordinators at any time. We'll handle the handover so nothing falls through the cracks.
Are you independent?
Yes. Support coordination is the only service we offer. We don't run our own therapy or support work services, so when we recommend a provider, the only thing driving it is what works for you.
How quickly can we start?
We respond to every referral quickly, usually within one business day, and let you know exactly what happens next.
